Supplier questions
Does Mekyro replace the existing sales team?
In the first phase it works as a managed operating layer: AI handles repetitive and cross-time-zone work, while humans retain authorization, strategy, and key relationships.
Can AI make every commitment automatically?
Routine work should be automated as much as possible; price, payment, refund, inventory, and contract commitments require policy gates or human confirmation.
Is this only for foreign trade teams?
No. The first scenarios prioritize cross-language, cross-time-zone, high-communication transactions, but the product is not locked to one industry.
Buyer questions
Do buyers need accounts?
No. Buyers use Quote, Payment, Order, Track, and Reorder secure links for the relevant transaction page.
Is buyer information shared across customers?
It is not shown as public information. Buyer context belongs to the relevant transaction and authorization scope.
Cooperation and pricing
Why not publish a fixed rate?
Automation scope, customer sources, and integration complexity vary widely, so the official site does not hard-code rates.
Will there be complex plans?
Not now. The current direction is base service fee plus unified transaction commission.
What happens after submission?
This page structures the cooperation details. Formal submission and follow-up are confirmed by the Mekyro team.
Do we need full system APIs first?
No. Start with managed scope, then decide the order of Email, WhatsApp, API, or VM integration.
